Who processes your data

The data controller is Tokenova. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, contact us: our Telegram community (link in the footer).

This policy covers tokenova.space. The app at app.tokenova.space is covered by the same policy unless the app states otherwise.

What we collect

On tokenova.space itself we collect the minimum:

  • Request data written by the web server: IP address, date and time, requested path, User-Agent. This is needed to run and secure the site.
  • Whatever you tell us yourself when you contact us on Telegram or by email: a name or handle, and the content of your message.

What we do NOT do on this site

The site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies, and shares no data with third parties for marketing. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own server, so opening a page makes no request to a third-party service.

If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent before any tracking script loads.

Legal bases and purposes

Technical data is processed under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — keeping the service running and secure. Data from your messages is processed to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Web-server logs are kept for a limited period needed for diagnostics and incident investigation, then deleted. Correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve your request and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

If GDPR applies to you, you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. Contact us: our Telegram community (link in the footer). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Transfers and processors

The site runs on a rented server. The hosting provider acts as a processor and can access technical logs to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Telegram, where our community and support live, is an independent service with its own privacy policy. By messaging us there you also accept its terms.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the last change is shown at the top of this page. We announce material changes in the community.
